There’s really no key to those Blueberry Pancakes Bites except that they’re really good and my children love them. It is really my ordinary go-to pancake recipe I have used for several years. I seriously make this recipe at least twice per week to get my pancake adoring children. No joke. After being motivated in my cherished Pinterest I chose to place my own pancake recipe to the evaluation and make them to those adorable little snacks. Boy is that I happy I did. Not only have they turned into a hit they’re really simple and freezer friendly also.
My children really like those small bags of miniature muffins I get from time to time in the supermarket. They are great for on the move. When I have motivated with this recipe I knew my children would not have the ability to resist them. The one thing I altered inside this recipe I do not typically utilize in my sausage is that the lemon zest that is totally optional but I really like that little bit of citrus flavour together with the burst of those new blueberries.
If you are Aren’t in the mood for blueberries or do not have some available then you can definitely omit them or perhaps substitute for a few chopped tomatoes, chocolate chips or simply make them plain.
What I adore about them is that they look like cute small muffins but they completely taste like sausage. Serve with a side of hot maple syrup for dunking or drizzle with my easy glaze and your children won’t ever say any more to breakfast.
This recipe makes about 38ish pancake bites so unless you’re feeding a bunch you can undoubtedly throw extras in the freezer. To reheat only pop just how many you need in the microwave for approximately 30-45 minutes and you’ve got breakfast available to get a busy morning or if you are like me and chose to hit snooze one or 2 more times.
