Sheet Pan Cookie Cake Recipe

When I was in basic school (long past) cookie cakes have been all the rage, particularly for observing birthdays. Someone even after brought into a double coating cookie cake! Now that has been crazy. We had been eating cookie cake so frequently that I nearly got sick of it.

Back in the Day they did not allow homemade products to be shared with the course that is quite a pity because homemade is the best (OK, there are exceptions… such as in the event that you’ve got a poor recipe… or poor cook).

While I am Now obsessed with those Bakery Style Chocolate Chip Cookies, I utilized the cookie dough recipe in my youth that my mother made more occasions than I could count. The cookies are excellent and so is your dough! My mother was super cool and allows my sisters and I eat spoonfuls of bread and she’d even book some balls of bread to package within our lunch. Discuss trading electricity in the lunch table! However, I of course, would not give up something really yummy.

Occasionally my mother would form the dough into cookies; however, she’d also spread all of the dough at a jelly roll pan, then bake it, and then cut it into bars. It is so much quicker and simpler to make bars and they taste just as tasty if not better, particularly in the event that you like the chewy centre of a cookie cutter.

Anyhow, for this cake you simply whip up some cookie dough, eat a spoonful, then disperse the remainder in pie plate or cake pan and then bake it.
