- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1-20 ounce can crushed pineapple in 100% juice, don’t drain
- 1 3.5 ounce package vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1 20 ounce can crushed pineapple in 100% juice, don’t drain
To make Cake:
- Mix in vanilla extract, crushed lemon and eggs until blended
- Pour the mix to prepared baking dish
To make topping:
- Beat the whipping cream until fluffy and light and place aside
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until integrated
- Sprinkle with Maraschino cherries if you wanted or crushed lemon
